五月鋏 鎚目／Traditional SATSUKI scissors

盆栽のお手入れに使われる盆栽鋏です。
足長盆栽より持ち手の輪が小さく小枝切よりカシメから接点まで少し隙間があります。
足長盆栽と小枝切の中間のタイプです。
鎚目というオリジナルの技術により田邊の伝統的な模様を描いています。
機能と同時に使い手にも伝わる味を、心を込めて一つずつ手作り致しました。

These scissors are suitable to use to trim bonsai trees.
The handle line is smaller than long handled bonsai scissors and it has a smaller gap than twig scissors.
The size is between Iong handled bonsai scissors and twig scissors.
This surface design is our original technique which is our traditional design.
We made these scissors by hand and we wish to tell the user of their original design.
