Ｑ.支払方法の変更は可能ですか?
Can I change the method of payment?
ご注文頂いた後、発送していなければ可能です。
It is possible to change the method of payment before we ship the order.
This is only possible for domestic orders.
International orders must be paid by credit card.
Ｑ.領収書は発行してもらえますか?
Is it possible to receive a paper receipt copy?
もちろん可能です。その際は宛名をお知らせください。
Yes it is possible. Please tell us details you would like included in the receipt, and we will send it together with the order.
返品、交換に関して
FAQ about returns and exchanges
Ｑ.交換や返品はできますか?
Is it possible to return or exchange an older?
可能ですが商品到着後、１週間以内にお願い致します。
(こちらの不備での返品・交換に関しては送料を負担いたしますがそれ以外での返品・交換の送料はお客様のご負担になります)
Yes it is possible. Please contact us first for returns or exchanges.
For defective or products damaged in shipping, Tanabe Co.,Ltd. will cover the return shipping costs.
This is only for domestic orders. Please send us a picture of the product.
For International orders, please contact us via email.
Ｑ.間違って注文したのですがどうしたらよいでしょうか?
I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
すぐにご連絡いただければ大丈夫です。ただ発送後のご連絡は一度商品を受け取って頂きましてその後、当店に送り返してください。
その際の送料はお客様ご負担とさせて頂きます。
If we are notified of the mistake before we ship the order, we can correct it.
If we have already shipped the order the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Ｑ.商品を購入したのですが、確認メールが届きません。
I placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email.
ご注文の際、ご記入いただいたメールアドレスが間違っているかもしれません。
または当店のメールが迷惑メールに入っていることが考えられます。
改めて info@tanabejapan.jp までご連絡下さい。
